The first step to a great clambake is the right clam. At Lobster Brothers our choice is the Rhode Island Littleneck Clam, which is shipped daily from the diggers along the shores of the cold waters of Rhode Island Naragansett Bay. Clambake Instructions (PDF)

1) Traditional Clambake - Only $16.50/person

- Half seasoned chicken
- Sweet corn

- Use of a steamer and all paper products
10 PERSON MINIMUM
This prepackaged clambake is all packed and seasoned in the steamer, ready to take home and steam.

2) Cambro Oven-Roasted Chicken Clambake ~Only $17.99/person

10 PERSON MINIMUM
Our chicken is oven-roasted to perfection and then placed into a Cambro Insulated Food Box that will keep hot for hours. No need to reheat the chicken or put on the grill. Just serve right out of the Cambro Insulated Food Box - oh so good!
Clambakes for 20 are guaranteed the Cambro Insulated Food Box. Clambakes for less than 20 will be in a disposable foil pan.

All prepared and placed in the Cambro Insulated Food Box which will keep hot for hours.
- Cole slaw, rolls, butter for the clams, and all paper products are packed separately.

Please give one week notice for ALL pre-packaged clambakes.
We ask $25 down as a deposit to reserve your clambake. You may drop off or mail in the deposit, along with your order form.
