Clambake Information
The first step to a great Clambake is the right clam. At Lobster Brothers our choice is the Rhode Island Littleneck Clam, which is shipped daily from the diggers along the shores of the cold waters of Rhode Island Naragansett Bay.
Lobster Brothers Clambake consists of:
- One Dozen Rhode Island Littleneck Clams
- Half Seasoned Chicken
- Sweet Corn
- Sweet Potatoes
- Cole Slaw
- Rolls
- Butter for the Clams
- All paper products and use of the Steamer
For only $16.50 per person. Please give 1 week notice.
We also offer oven roasted chicken for an additional $1.00 per person. Our chicken is oven roasted to perfection and then placed into a hot box which will keep them hot for up to six hours. No need to reheat chickens or put them on the grill. Just serve them right out of the box. Oh—So Good!
If you need a heat source we have them. We rent burners for $20.00 each. (Propane not included) Please give at least one week notice.
We ask $25.00 down as a deposit to reserve your Clambake. You may stop in or mail the deposit. Please include the following:
- Name
- Phone Number (Home)
- Phone Number (Work)
- Date of Bake
- Approximate Number of People
- Burner Rental (yes/no)
- Chickens Cooked (yes/no)
- Time you want to pick up (PM, AM)
Your final count will be the Monday of the week of your Clambake. You may phone in or stop in with your final count. Your balance will be due the day of your Clambake. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. There will be a security deposit on all equipment.
